Who I am

This website is run by Elie Margi, a marketing strategist based in Lebanon. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What I collect through the Health Check form

Your first name, email address, website or Instagram handle, and your biggest marketing challenge. I also record how you found this site (for example the campaign or social post you clicked), so I know which of my marketing works. I use this only to prepare our call, follow up with you about it, and send occasional related emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. I never sell your data.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, for example which pages are viewed and whether the form is completed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. Data may be shared with Google Ads to measure and improve advertising, including showing ads to people who visited this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

Session recordings

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages, through heatmaps and anonymized session recordings. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded. Microsoft's own privacy statement applies to Clarity.

Booking and CRM

When you book a call, your details are stored in my booking and customer relationship tool (GoHighLevel) so I can manage our appointment and follow-up.

How long I keep data

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Contact details are kept while we are in touch and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. I reply within 30 days.
